We are looking for a qualified sales professional to fill a position in Parma.

Sales Professionals with 1 year prior sales, customer service, and hospitality background will be considered. Don’t know much about leasing but you can sell? Don’t worry! We will provide training to get you in tune with our company, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for the performance of all activities related to leasing apartments, renewals, completing credit checks and employment verification, prepare lease documents, inspect vacant apartments and report any repairs needed, general office duties, assisting residents with questions and paperwork relating to moving in, lease renewals, interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Equal Employment Opportunity. Must be available for day, evening, and weekend hours.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED required for this position.
